Valor Health Solutions ("we," "us") operates valorhealthsolutions.us. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you submit a consultation, quote or contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, state, coverage interest and message. We use this information to respond to you and to help you compare health insurance options. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email service provider, and we send you a confirmation email.

How you found our website (our own lead-source details)

Separately from the Google tools described below, our website keeps a small record of how you arrived so we know which of our marketing efforts are helpful. This record includes the campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example "utm_source"), the first page of our site you visited, the name of the website that referred you (for example google.com), whether you arrived from an ad, and the date of your visit. Our website does not keep advertising click identifiers in this record. It is stored in your own browser for up to 90 days and is included with your form submission so we know how you found us. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, our website does not keep this record.

These choices apply only to the record our website keeps. They do not change what the Google services below collect.

Google analytics and advertising tools

Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, including Google call tracking, which may show a Google forwarding number to visitors who arrive from our ads. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, device and browser details, approximate location, and ad click information, and to measure the results of our advertising, such as form submissions and calls. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Live chat

Our website offers live chat through Tawk.to. Messages and any contact details you share in chat are processed by Tawk.to under its own privacy policy.

Health information

Please don't send detailed medical information through our forms or chat. We don't send your form details or chat messages to analytics or advertising services.

Your choices

You can clear your browser's storage and cookies at any time, use your browser's privacy controls, or contact us to ask what information we hold from your submissions or to request its deletion.

How long we keep information

Form submission emails. Each form submission is emailed to our business inbox, and you receive a confirmation email. We currently keep form submission emails and related email delivery records until we choose to delete them; they are not deleted on an automatic schedule.

Email delivery records. Our email system keeps a record of each email it sends, including the recipient's email address, the type of email, its delivery status and the time. These records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule.

Undelivered submissions. If a submission email cannot be delivered to us after repeated attempts over about 24 hours, a copy of that email, including the details you entered, is set aside so we can recover your request and contact you. These copies do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule; we delete them after your request has been handled.

Duplicate-submission records. To prevent the same submission from being processed twice, we keep a random submission code, its status and timestamps, with no contact details, for about 30 days.

Lead-source record in your browser. The record described above is kept in your browser for up to 90 days, unless you clear it sooner.

Information processed by Google and Tawk.to is kept according to their own policies and settings.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian may share information about a child when asking about family coverage. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If we make significant changes to how we use personal information, we will make that clear on this page.
